MINICARDS TICKET SERVICES

Suppliers are the attractions, museums, tours, etc that supply a ticket or booking.
Distributors or resellers are accommodations, tour guides, bus tours, boat tours, etc that can sell tickets.
Resellers or distributors can send a pre-arrival mail to their guests, welcoming their future arrival and telling them they can already, before their arrival, pre-order tickets through their hotel ticket website, supplied by us. In the pre-arrival mail hotels can add a link to that white lable ticket website.
Per city, on average, there will be 2 to 4 scan and cashier systems. Technical integration does not take longer than a week.
With our technique we are capable of putting together a City Card with a specific package of attractions and museums that can be sold for a given price.
It could, technically, although it has not yet happened since the PrioTicket has been active.
That depends on what you agreed on with the supplier. The discount on the Minicard could be the discount given on a ticket bought in a hotel. When there is no discount given on a ticket bought in a hotel you should not print that discount on the Minicard. In that case it could be that you have two Minicards designed and printed: one Minicards with a discount distributed in hotels that do not sell tickets and one Minicard with no discount on it distributed in hotels that do sell tickets.
Credit card costs are paid separately by the customer that buys a ticket.

Yes, hotels can make a single ticket into a PrioPass by simply check marking a check box in the Point of Sale system hoteliers can make a single ticket into a PrioPass where the QR code of that single ticket is valid at other suppliers as well.
Notify PrioTicket that will change the price in the back end of the content management system. This new price will be visible for all resellers. The changed price will be written on the monthly invoice.
You have to notify Prioticket atleast 48 hours to process the changes.
For each reseller we can customize the Point of Sale system in terms of ticketing and pricing. When a hotel is close to an attraction and has made an exclusive deal with this attraction (a better one than ours) then we can process this deal in the POS exclusively for that specific hotel.

Tickets Sale

What the tourist saves is entirely up to the deal you make with the suppliers. Of course a supplier can give both a discount and a commission. When there is no discount the commission of course will be higher, which probably will motivate hotels more to sell the tickets. Tickets with a discount will probably motivate guests more to buy a ticket.
This is already practice throught Travix, a holding company that o.a. owns cheaptickets. Cheaptickets wants integration of ticket sale with the account of clients that booked a flight. 90% of all people that booked a flight check their account before their flight to check their flight details. At that point Cheaptickets wants to confront customers with ticket sale.

Scanning Tickets

Scanapparaat moet altijd hangen aan een internetconnectie wifi of 4g. Het gebeurt zelden dat er foutmeldingen zijn en meestal is dat als gevolg van menselijke fouten. Een in een hotel verkocht ticket wordt in dat hotel per ongeluk afgeboekt / ongeldig verklaard.
The Prio code is a string of data or a series of ticket numbers they can generate in a QR code or barcode. Als een supplier zelf een kassasysteem heeft kunnen ze de Prio scanner neerleggen of via kassa integratie de code accepteren. In 99% van de gevellen wordt de Prioe geaccepteerd.

Emergency Cases

Support has a phone number that can be called. They can de-activate a ticket as can the hotelier and the one that scans the ticket at the attraction. If this would all be too late the ticket can be refunded.
PrioTicket guarantees the supplier will be paid.

Validity of Tickets

Normally for a month or any other period according to specific agreeements with suppliers.
